The Polar Plunge!

Another Polar Plunge is in the books for the Bills Backers of Virginia Beach!

Although we had a smaller team this year, we still had a great time and raised money for The Virginia Special Olympics!

They did the Polar Plunge in Buffalo N.Y. in January. 1000 plungers raised $150,000.00 for the New York Special Olympics. We will do better in Virginia Beach, but we have been at it longer! to see a video of them click this on http://video.buffalonews.com/player/index.php?id=2105

The next Polar Plunge is Feb. 4-5, 2011 The Polar Plunge® Winter Festival is Special Olympics Virginia’s largest fundraiser, attracting more than 10,000 people to an otherwise deserted beachfront in February.
