 The Bills Backers of Virginia Beach (BBVB) Fan Club is the Original Hampton Roads chapter of the Bills Backers International Club, which
has affiliations worldwide.
Join us at Smokies, where fanatical Bills enthusiasts can come
together to watch and support the Bills, each and every week.
Our Club is the Original Hampton Roads chapter of the Bills
Backers International Club. BBVB membership is comprised mostly of
transplanted Western New York natives, but also consists of diehard
fans from the local Hampton Roads area!!!
A wild crowd of Bills fans erupts and begins rhythmically clapping
to the "Shout! Song." You may think this is Rich Stadium in Orchard
Park, NY; but its not... it is a scene that takes place every Sunday
during football season at the weekly gathering of the BBVB at Smokies!
In addition to a stadium atmosphere, and fan camaraderie, the BBVB
offers an annual tailgate party, chili cookoff, and summer picnic to
name a few! From time to time we also offer spacials for clashes with
key rivals (a few years ago, the Club and Smoty's furnished Dolphin!);
We offer weekly raffles for Bills collectibles!
Our Club caters to fans in the offseason when pigskin withdrawal is
a common affliction. The two Biggest events we have, are our Spaghetti Cook-off (Draft Day), and the Charity Golf Classic. Through the Charity event, BBVB Club members have the opportunity to donate their time and effort to a worthy cause, while they rub shoulders with the NFL's elite players such as* Bruuuuuuuce, Jim Kelly, Thurman Thomas, Steve Tasker, Cornelius (Biscuit) Bennett, Junior Seau, Bruce Armstrong and several
other players from the Bills and other teams.
The BBVB club also gets together for fund raising events to benefit the community, and expose the BBVB Club to the public.
BBVB meets every First Sunday of the month @ 1:00pm (during the offseason)
